Return Policy

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a hassle-free return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.
  • Along with contacting us, providing unboxing videos and images showcasing the damage or defect will expedite the return process and help us better understand the issue.
  • We will arrange for the damaged or defective product to be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind or Not Needed:

  • If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or because it's not needed, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that return shipping charges for change of mind or not needed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • For COD orders, you can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return following our return policy.

Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Orders:

  • For prepaid orders, you can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible.
  • Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team within the specified time frame to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Include unboxing videos and images if the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
  4. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and address for returning the item(s).
  5. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All returned item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) do not meet the above conditions or if the return is initiated after the specified time frame.

Refunds:
